HEUAP is not a government agency and is not affiliated with any federal, state, or local government program. Information on this Site is provided for general informational purposes about the program.
Submitting an inquiry or application does not guarantee approval, funding, or any particular outcome. Applications are independently reviewed in accordance with current program guidelines, and assistance awards are subject to eligibility requirements, available funding, participating contractor requirements, and applicable program terms, all of which may change.
Participating contractors are independent businesses and are not employees or agents of HEUAP. Any agreement for home improvement work is between you and the contractor, and is governed by its own terms.
